This beautiful art form is on Spinner Pole with Silks being attached to the pole. Learn beautiful movement with this free flowing pole dance workout with silks. Taught by our Certified Pole Silks Instructor, Taylor Rose! Wear: leggings/yoga pants, bring long sleeve fitted top, tank top ok too. Level 2 & up welcome!
