Our mission is to make mindful movement accessible to ALL children , regardless of race, gender, or socioeconomic background. Every child deserves a safe space to move, breathe, grow, and shine.

Any donations made help us continue bringing our programs to children and families throughout the greater Charlotte area. Your support helps fund scholarships, school partnerships, community events, and mindful movement opportunities for kiddos who may not otherwise have access to these experiences.

What to Bring :

✔ Yoga mat

✔ Water bottle

✔ Be sure to arrive 10 minutes early for check-in

Before class begins, please be sure your child uses the restroom so they can fully enjoy and participate in the entire class experience!

Spots are limited, so be sure to register today!

Registration Info :

• Select your class date (additional dates are listed near the “Time & Location” section).

• Enter a donation amount per ticket (enter “0” if you do not wish to contribute at this time).

• Select the number of tickets/students participating.

• Complete checkout.

• A waiver will be sent via email. Be sure to fill out 1 waiver per child (please complete before the day of class).

To support a safe, calm and focused experience, we ask you to consider the following:

• Doors will stay closed 20 minutes after the scheduled start time to minimize disruption once class has begun. We unfortunately will not admit arrivals past this window.

• Children aged 3 and under will not be admitted , as the activities are intended for children who can participate at a specific developmental stage.

Important Notes :

• One ticket is required per child, per class date.

• Please have your ticket available at check-in (digital or printed copies are both accepted).

• You only need to fill out a waiver one time — one waiver per child.
