Designed for kids ages 4 and up, our 40-minute Cartwheel & Handstand Class focuses on building the foundations of two of the most iconic gymnastics moves.

Through playful warm-ups, creative drills, and hands-on coaching, kids will learn:

• How to properly kick into a cartwheel

• Safe handstand progressions

• Balance, body control, and confidence

• Fun strength and flexibility exercises

Whether your child is brand new to gymnastics or wants to improve their technique, this clinic offers a supportive, movement-rich environment that meets them at their level.
