Good morning, Mooresville.

Flow Automotive of Statesville donated $16,000 to local nonprofits and Iredell-Statesville Schools to ease student lunch debt and support children and families, with $5,000 allocated to cover unpaid balances at 12 schools (a contribution hailed by district officials).

Detmetiros McBride was named assistant vice president of Iredell Physician Network and will lead multiple departments within the health system.

With 20+ years of experience in healthcare, he plans to advance quality care for the community.

On Jan. 22, the Bandys Trojans won dual matches to clinch the Western Foothills conference championship on Senior Night in Sherrills Ford, beating Bunker Hill 66-15 and Newton-Conover 44-21.
