- ➤ United Way of Iredell County is launching its fifth annual Love United Iredell campaign to raise $40,675 from the community for nine local nonprofits through February. - ➤ The Mooresville Rescue Squad Foundation is now accepting college scholarship applications from local high school seniors graduating in 2026, with awards ranging from $1,000 to $7,000. Applications are available at guidance offices in Iredell County schools (Lake Norman, Mooresville, Pine Lake Preparatory, and South Iredell). Iredell Free News
