  • Christine Patterson, Mooresville's director of Experience and Engagement, was named 2026 Director of the Year by the North Carolina Association (NCAFE) for her leadership at the Bands, Brews & BBQ Festival today; deBotech earned Sponsor of the Year for its festival support that included Olympic exhibits and national artist partnerships.  Mooresville Citizen
  • The Iredell Arts Council will present the Well Crafted series on Thursday, March 26, 7:30–9 p.m. at the Old County Jail (203 S. Meeting St.) in Statesville, where Asheville pedal steel guitarist Matthew Smith teams with longtime collaborators for live music and engaging talk.  Iredell Free News
