Good morning, Mooresville.

The Iredell County Board of Commissioners approved a $235,468 economic incentive for Keselowski Advanced Manufacturing, which is set to invest $23 million in new equipment at Statesville Regional Airport and to add up to 20 new jobs in the military, aerospace and energy sectors—the incentive will be provided as a property tax refund over five years if criteria are met. The meeting also praised recent improvements at Jennings Park and approved measures for rezoning, public safety, library initiatives and waste management.

Iredell officials broke ground on a new $130 million Troutman high school that will be finished in three years.

Knight said the project will give local students a modern place to learn—building a resource that residents can be proud of.
