- ➤ Last Friday, 57 graduates from the Agriculture and Science Early College marched in Pomp and Circumstance at Buck Shoals Cabins in Hamptonville with senior Maicie Earnest singing the National Anthem. Principal Todd Russo honored the class—now the largest in school history and earning nearly $3.1 million in scholarships—and urged them to continue reaching higher. Iredell Free News
- ➤ Fifty graduates from the Collaborative College for Technology and Leadership walked the stage at Mitchell Community College on Friday afternoon, earning high school diplomas and college credits while saving about $30,000 each (reported by Principal Teri Hutchens).
