- ➤ Iredell County Sheriff’s Office deputies searched a home at 219 Cumberland Road south of Statesville for Cameron Max Burleyson, a suspect wanted on multiple drug trafficking charges after citizens reported drug activity — investigators seized more than 15 pounds of marijuana, 1,281 THC cartridges, 50 dosage units of Adderall and $2,500 in cash. - ➤ 53-year-old Steven Andiloro of Mooresville was sentenced yesterday to 45 months in prison and three years of supervised release for running a $6.1 million investment fraud scheme and for fraudulently obtaining over $2.6 million in COVID relief funds—he was also ordered to pay $5,341.155 in restitution to his victims. - ➤ A Statesville man, Jordan Austin Reid, 31, was arrested on Wednesday after he stabbed a victim inside Rickie’s One Stop on Davie Avenue—officers recovered the weapon and the victim was taken to a hospital in critical condition while Reid now faces a felony assault charge with a $25,000 secured bond.
