Mooresville kept its tax rate unchanged at 48.36 cents per $100 valuation in a budget plan that Town Manager Tracey Jerome presented on May 19+ the $102.7 million general fund package includes hiring 24 new municipal staff and plans for fee hikes on water, sewer and stormwater services starting Jan. 1.
