EDUCATION NEWS

  • The I-SS Board of Education unanimously approved a resolution supporting the N.C. House’s proposed budget covering 2025 to 2027 to ease budget difficulties that have limited funds for Exceptional Children programs and teacher pay. GOVERNMENT NEWS

  • Attorney General Jeff Jackson and 17 other attorneys general have filed for a preliminary injunction in federal court to block nearly $42 million in potential funding cuts that would affect law enforcement and related services in North Carolina.
