- ➤ Iredell County Sheriff's deputies arrested registered sex offender Ian Kelley Shuemaker, 42, at an abandoned home on Brawley School Road on July 13 after an accidental 911 call led them to find him in the basement along with a small bag of methamphetamine — he now faces charges of breaking and entering and controlled substance possession while on probation for a federal narcotics conviction.
