An Iredell charity was awarded a community grant from Piedmont Advantage Credit Union Foundation to support local initiatives.

The foundation noted its purpose was never simply to make donations (highlighting its commitment to impactful community support).

Students at Mitchell Community College celebrated the Troutman Garden Club’s Special Needs Junior Garden Club winning state honors (scrapbook, quilt entry and art contest) as certificates were awarded by the Garden Club of North Carolina and the event ended with banana splits and Oreos.
