- ➤ FeedNC in Mooresville named Angela M. Kline as its new CEO to lead the organization’s community support efforts — Iredell County also appointed Brittany Snyder as the new director of Veteran Services, using her U.S. Navy background to improve local veteran programs. Mooresville Tribune
GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Iredell County courts will start using a new eCourts system on October 13 that will limit public services. The courthouse will not accept card payments from October 1 (and both the old and new systems will be inaccessible from October 8 to October 13). Iredell Free News
- ➤ The Charlotte Regional Transportation Planning Organization began a $3.15 million transportation safety study on September 4—using funds from a USDOT grant—to develop a plan that will reduce serious crashes across its 24 member communities. The study will include risk analysis and road audits to guide future safety improvements in Mooresville and surrounding areas. Iredell Free News
