  • ➤ Piedmont HealthCare welcomed Dr. Dhrupa Changela as she began seeing patients at PHC Health & Wellness—continuing care after Dr. Perry Bartelt retired on September 30. An open house on August 28 allowed patients and staff to meet her, and she brings over 10 years of experience in family medicine with a focus on prevention.  Iredell Free News
