- ➤ A NC Department of Transportation contractor reopened West Wilson Avenue in Mooresville yesterday after completing road improvements three months ahead of schedule. The project, which widened the road and improved the intersection with U.S. 21, is part of a broader expansion of Brawley School Road set to finish early 2029. WHKY
