CoreFORMER is a 50-minute full-body workout on our resistance-based customized Pilates machine, The CoreFORMER. Expect High-Intensity Training (HIT), Low Impact movements that will sculpt your body, get your heart pumping, burn fat and strengthen your muscles. This intensified Pilates class will be broken down to equally target and strengthen your Abs, Arms, Obliques, and Legs to help build healthy, strong, balanced bodies. We always cue to the most intense version of the movement and offer modifications for injuries and to fit all fitness levels.
