About this event

Walkover & Handspring Class (Ages 5+) Let’s level up! This skill focus class is designed for gymnasts, dancers, and cheerleaders ages 5+ who are ready to work on walkovers and handsprings in a fun, supportive environment. We’ll use technique drills, strength-building activities, and spotting to safely guide each child through these more advanced tumbling skills.

Clinic focus includes:

• Back walkovers

• Back handspring progressions

• Jumping, bridging, and kicking drills

• Body awareness, flexibility, and safe landings

Prerequisites: Participants should be confident in their bridge and handstand. This clinic is best for kids who already have some basic gymnastics experience and are eager to build new tumbling skills!
