- ➤ The YMCA of Greater Charlotte announced on Monday it sold about four acres of unused greenspace on its Lowe's YMCA campus in Mooresville to Josh's Farmers Market, which has served the community for nearly 20 years. Josh's Farmers Market will begin construction on a 6,700 square-foot indoor market this fall and plans to open it in spring while sharing parking with the YMCA. Iredell Free News
