Join us for an immersive sound and movement experience in the Meditation Pasture as we combine Rhythm & Resonance at sunset...

Ease into this space, surrounded by crystal bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments, as Danielle & AmyMichele lead you through their continuous-flow sound bath at 6:30.

After, we will shift into a movement meditation with Kat Harmon as we grab our silent disco headphones and follow Kat on an embodied flow experience designed to nurture your mind, body, and soul.
