Join us for an interactive couples experience where you and your partner can stretch your bodies, strengthen your connection, and have some fun together.
This isn’t your typical fitness class.
Stretch & Connect is about slowing down, getting present, and reconnecting with the person you love.
In this edition, you and your partner will be guided through fun, engaging activities that encourage communication, teamwork, trust, physical connection, and plenty of laughter.
